The Gateway Ranch was established in 2019 on a rugged 10 acre property nestled in the mountains of the Similkameen Valley, 3000ft above sea level.
Amidst Crown Land and cattle range you get the feeling you are in the middle of nowhere, yet you are only a half hour away from Oliver, Penticton or Kermeos. It is the ideal place for small gatherings and musical events. When the owner, Shannon, saw all of these fierce females live in concert at various concerts around Summerland, Kelowna and Penticton she knew that her space would be the most speical place to unite these songbirds together for an epic afternoon of music.

ABOUT THE ARTISTS
Kailee McGuire
“Kailee McGuire is a singer-songwriter from the Okanagan Valley in BC. At the age of 8, she bought a guitar and began to share her originals at local coffee shops and open mic nights. Her skills and passion steadily grew over the years and she’s been playing at various local events and venues ever since.
Kailee’s artistry is inspired by the likes of Fleetwood Mac, Paul McCartney, Laura Marling, Norah Jones, and many more. Her style has been described as a diverse mix of genres with a soulful folky twist.
In 2021 Kailee graduated from the Audio Engineering and Sound Production program at Okanagan College, and self produced her first EP titled, “Hindsight”. The EP features three songs reflecting her time living in Ireland in her early 20s and is available on all streaming platforms.
This year Kailee booked over 60 shows across the Okanagan including opening for the dream folk duo, Josh & Bex at the Creekside Theatre in Lake Country, and appearing as a special guest for Andrew Allen’s: All Hearts Come Home Christmas Show at the Vernon Performing Arts Centre.
Kailee is currently working on recording new music to be released in 2023. “

Nevaeh Dyson
“Nevaeh is new to the music scene in the Okanagan, and has been playing here and in the lower mainland for almost two years!
She will be playing original tunes, each with its own unique backstory, along with a carefully crafted cover or two! Her music taste lines up with artists such as The Lumineers, Caamp, Jewel, The Arcadian Wild, Chris Stapleton, and Jack Johnson.
As someone who values storytelling as deeply as she does, she hopes that by coming to this event you will leave with just that; some great stories.”
Ellie Fier
“Originally from Vancouver Island, Ellie came to the Okanagan in 2016, with dreams of being a full-time performing artist.
Her country-pop-alternative style is warm and relatable, and she’s since collaborated with artists across Canada and performed in Canada Music Week in Toronto!”
