In partnership with The Vibrant Vine Winery, Kelowna’s new Moonlight Jazz Society Presents:
Multiple award-winning alto saxophonist and internationally renowned composer Campbell Ryga at The Vibrant Vine! Ryga’s incredible achievements span a 40-year career. He was a founding member of the well-known Hugh Fraser Quintet and was named Alto Saxophonist of the Year by the Jazz Report Award in 2000. He also received a Western Canadian Music Award, 3 Juno Awards, and a Grammy nomination in association with Michael Buble’s recording “Crazy Love.” In addition, Ryga has participated in 26 international tours, and 92 different recordings, and has five albums under his own name.
He will be joined onstage by the Moonlight Jazz Society house band including: Stu Goldberg – piano, Jake McIntyre-Paul – upright bass, and Neil Gray – drums.
Tickets are $35 each on Eventbrite. Walk-ups are first come first serve, and pre-reservation is recommended.

Moonlight Jazz Society (MJS) is a NEW non-profit created by award-winning artists Leila Neverland and Neil Gray. MJS intends to support Kelowna’s growth by offering up something unique: a curated live performance concert series featuring primarily jazz composers in Kelowna’s only piano room, made possible by the generous donation of a baby grand piano to the Society.
