MJS is proud to present pianist, composer, and arranger Stu Goldberg. Stu has a history of innovation, beginning with John McLaughlin in the legendary Mahavishnu Orchestra and continuing with Wayne Shorter, Freddie Hubbard, Al DiMeola, Larry Coryell, Alphonse Mouzon, Bllly Cobham and Jack Bruce as well as his own recordings and concerts.

“Goldberg turns the piano inside out. ”His film and TV scores have grander awards and entertained audiences worldwide for decades including scores for CBC’s “The Amazing Race”, the soundtrack for “The Firekeepers” and dozens of films and documentaries. MJS is honoured to present him and have him frequent the keys in our house band.

Moonlight Jazz Society (MJS) is a NEW non-profit focused on facilitating connection between primarily composers and arrangers, venues, and audiences to foster synergy in the local and provincial jazz community. In its second year, the Moonlight Jazz Society looks forward to supporting an amazing lineup of touring jazz artists at The Vibrant Vine Winery.
