Tamara – Co-Owner of Kelowna Trauma Therapy she is Trained in EMDR, Family Systems, Daring Greatly, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Tamara has helped hundreds of individual clients find hope and healing from trauma over the last 10 years.
